On October 10, 2002, Santa Clara, California-based Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT), acquired Ottawa-based Solidum Systems Corp. for an undisclosed cash consideration. The acquisition was completed by way of an amalgamation and share redemption involving an indirect, wholly owned IDT subsidiary. IDT is a manufacturer of integrated circuits for the networking and communications industries.
