Indian Oil acquires Assets in BC and West Coast

Indian Oil Corporation Limited, through its affiliates, acquired – as per its purchase and sale agreements with Progress Energy Canada Ltd. and PETRONAS Carigali Canada B.V. – a 10 per cent interest in Progress Energy Canada Ltd.'s natural gas reserves in northeast British Columbia and in the proposed Pacific NorthWest LNG export facility on Canada's West Coast, and related joint venture arrangements.
