On December 5, 2006, ING Bank of Canada completed its issue of $320,500,000 Tier 2 B Fixed/Floating Subordinated Notes as part of ING Bank N.V.'s €50,000,000,000 Global Issuance Programme. The Notes were issued pursuant to a Canadian Information Memorandum dated September 29, 2006. The syndicate of dealers was led by Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. and included RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities Inc.
