On September 30, 2003, Montreal-headquartered Intertape Polymer Group Inc. raised approximately $57.5 million through a bought deal offering of 5.75 million of its common shares to a group of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc. Intertape develops and manufactures specialized polyolefin plastic and paper-based packaging products and complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use.
