Vancouver-based Intrawest Corporation completed a private placement of US$137 million aggregate principal amount of 10.5 per cent senior notes due February 1, 2010. The syndicate of initial purchasers was led by Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and co-led by Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. The syndicate also included Goldman, Sachs & Co., CIBC World Markets Corp., Credit Lyonnais Securities (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) Inc. The deal closed on September 18, 2002.
