Ivanhoe Cambridge entered into a $450 million senior secured credit facility on July 31, 2008, made available by a syndicate of domestic and foreign lenders. The syndicate of lenders was led by Royal Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, and RBC Capital Markets as lead arranger.
