On July 8, 2004, Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. completed the offering of $140 million of common shares, the proceeds of which will be used to fund additional exploration and development expenditures on Ivanhoe’s Oyu Tolgoi copper/gold project in Mongolia and its mineral projects in China.
