On June 9, 2005, Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. completed the offering of C$158 million of common shares, the proceeds of which will be used to fund additional expenditures on Ivanhoe's Oyu Tolgoi copper and gold project in Mongolia. The underwriting syndicate was led by BMO Nesbitt Burns.
