JDA Software Group, Inc. completed on January 28, 2010, the acquisition of i2 Technologies, Inc., a company listed on Nasdaq, in a transaction valued at approximately US$604 million. As at the end of December 31, 2009, JDA reported revenues of almost US$400 million. JDA is also listed on Nasdaq and is one of the world's most comprehensive providers of innovative supply chain management and pricing solutions. With its acquisition of i2, JDA will be serving a combined customer base of more than 6,000 companies of all sizes in the process and discrete manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail and services industries.
