Jones Apparel Group Enters Into US$650M Asset-based Credit Facilities

On May 13, 2009, Jones Apparel Group Inc., a number of its subsidiaries and Jones Apparel Group Canada L.P. entered into US and Canadian asset-based credit facilities in the aggregate amount of US$650,000,000. The facilities were agented by JPMorgan Chase N.A. as administrative agent and JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., Toronto Branch, as Canadian administrative agent.
