On September 8, 2005, JPMorgan Chase & Co. completed a private placement in Canada of $850 million principal amount of 3.877 per cent fixed rate/floating rate subordinated notes due 2015.
The offering was sold into Canada by a group of securities dealers co-led by JP Morgan Securities Canada Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc., which also included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
