JPMorgan Extends US$300M Credit Facility in Favour of Kehe Distributors, LLC and Tree of Life ULC

Kehe Distributors, LLC and Tree of Life ULC (including certain of their subsidiaries), leading distributors of grocery products in North America, entered into a credit agreement providing for new US$300-million senior secured asset-based operating credit facilities (US and Canadian). The credit facilities were made available by a syndicate of lenders led by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. was represented in Canada by Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP with a team of David Amato, Aditya Rebbapragada and Amanda Fortuna; and in the US by Latham & Watkins LLP with a team of James Doran, Mark Ramsey, Mishel Keta, Elizabeth Dietz and Jennifer Hou.

Kehe and Tree of Life was represented in Canada by McCarthy Tétrault LLP with a team that included Justin Lapedus, Ana Badour and Emily Ng; and in the United States by Winston & Strawn LLP with a team that included Charles Boehrer, Katarzyna Levecke and Laura Pinzur.
