On April 1, 2016, Juniper Networks, Inc. completed its acquisition of BTI Systems Inc. by way of a plan of arrangement. While not a public company, BTI has a very complex VC-based capital structure, with many classes of shares, warrants and options, and many shareholders, which led to the choice to do a plan of arrangement.
