All shares of Key Media Ltd., the Canadian magazine publisher whose principal assets include Toronto Life, Fashion Magazine, WeddingBells and Where Canada, were recently sold to a subsidiary of St. Joseph Printing Limited for an undisclosed amount. The sale closed February 28, 2002.
