On December 1, 2008, Keyera Facilities Income Fund completed an offering of $80 million principal amount of 8.25 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures pursuant to a prospectus supplement, dated November 24, 2008, to its shelf prospectus. Keyera had previously filed a final short-form shelf prospectus dated September 3, 2008 in Canada with respect to up to $1 billion of trust units, subscription receipts and debt securities.
The offering was underwritten by a syndicate led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., and included National Bank Financial Inc., TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Clarus Securities Inc., FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and Peters & Co. Limited.
