KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund LP (“KingSett”) completed an acquisition of the mixed-use building known as LuCliff Place located in Toronto, from LuCliff Company Limited(the “Vendor”) for the aggregated sum of $112 million.
The acquisition was financed in part by Royal Bank of Canada.
