Koch Pipelines Completes Secondary Offering

On April 25, 2002, Koch Pipelines Canada Ltd., the general partner of Koch Pipelines Canada, LP, completed a secondary offering of 35,626,800 class A limited liability partnership units of Koch Pipelines Canada, LP. The partnership owns and operates one of Canada’s largest crude oil pipeline feeder systems, with pipelines located in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Gross proceeds of $245,824,920 were raised. The secondary offering, completed on a bought deal basis, was offered through an underwriting syndicate led by Scotia Capital Inc.
