In October 2001, Leavitt Machinery and Rentals Ltd. acquired the materials handling business carried on by Finning (Canada), a division of Finning International Inc., and Interior Lift truck Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Finning International Inc., for approximately $63 million.
