Wachovia Securities Inc. arranged, on December 27, 2002, a US$85 million secured revolving loan facility for GUESS?, Inc. and its Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries. Congress Financial Corporation (Western) acted as agent and lead lender for the U.S. portion of the facility. Congress Financial Corporation (Canada) provided the Canadian portion of the facility to GUESS? Canada Corporation and GUESS? Canada Retail Inc.
