Clean Power Income Fund, an income trust that invests in power generating facilities that use environmentally preferred energy sources, through a related trust, Clean Power Operating Trust, provided US$6.3 million of loan financing to the 29.7 MH Peetz Table Wind Power Energy Project located in Logan County, Colorado. The deal closed on December 19, 2001.
