On May 5, 2004, Logitech International SA, through a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, acquired all of the common shares of Intrigue Technologies Inc. for US$29 million in cash, plus a possible performance-based payment, tied to certain future sales revenues being reached.
Intrigue Technologies offers the “Harmony Remote” line of advanced remote controls, and Logitech International provided products for the living room, with its controllers and audio products for console gaming and control devices for personal computers.
