MDC Corporation and Davis + Henderson Income Fund completed a $200 million public offering in Canada on April 2, 2002. Proceeds from the offering, which follows the fund’s recent $190 million initial public offering, were used by the fund to purchase MDC’s remaining interest in the Davis + Henderson business.
