On May 22, 2003, NCE Petrofund completed a bought deal financing, resulting in the issuance of 9.2 million trust units for aggregate gross proceeds of $97.5 million. The underwriting syndicate was led by CIBC World Markets Inc., co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., Canaccord Capital Corporation and Raymond James Ltd.
