On July 31, 2000, nurun Inc. and Quebecor World entered into a five-year strategic alliance which include a $US40 million revenue commitment from Quebecor World and the issue by nurun to Quebecor World of 500,000 units, each unit consisting of one share and one five-year warrant convertible into a common share of nurun for a subscription price of $20 million.
