On December 22, 2006 OMERS Capital Partners, through its related limited partnership, and Manulife Capital Inc. completed their acquisition of CCNMatthews Ltd., including its US and UK subsidiaries. CCNMatthews is one of Canada's foremost full-service news distribution and communications services companies.
