San Francisco-based Oracle Corporation, through a wholly owned subsidiary, purchased Steltor Corporation, the parent corporation of Montreal-based Steltor Inc., for an undisclosed amount on June 21, 2002. Oracle purchased all the outstanding shares owned in the share capital of Steltor Corporation.
