On July 30, 2003, O&Y Real Estate Investment Trust closed a public treasury offering of 6,957,500 limited voting units for gross proceeds of $75.5 million. The offering was completed on a bought deal basis, with an underwriting syndicate led by CIBC World Markets Inc. and including TD Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
