On July 10, 2019, Partners Value Investments LP (the “Partnership”) completed a previously announced substantial issuer bid by PVII Subco Inc., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the Partnership, and purchased 9,915,637 Class A Preferred Limited Partnership Units, Series 1 of the Partnership at a price of US$25.2127 per unit.
