On December 9, 2003, Petrofund Energy Trust completed a bought deal financing, resulting in the issuance of 6.6 million trust units for aggregate gross proceeds of $106 million. The underwriting syndicate was co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial, and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., Canaccord Capital Corp., FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and First Associates Investments Inc.
