Publicis Groupe SA, a multinational company from France, acquired Nurun Inc, a Montreal-based provider of digital marketing services, for $125 million, from Québecor Média Inc.
Publicis was advised internally by Stéphane Estryn and Denis Maignan, and by White & Case LLP with a Paris team led by François Leloup and including Guilain Hippolyte and Sophie Nguyen (corporate matters); Alexandre Jaurett, Valérie Ménard and Marie-Amélie Roger (social aspects); and Orion Berg and Estelle Leclerc (antitrust). White & Case teams in Beijing, Madrid, Milan, New York, Shanghai and Washington, also supported the transaction.
