Calgary-based Pulse Data Inc., a TSE-listed seismic data library company, acquired on February 4, 2002 all the trust units of ReQuest Income Trust, a TSE-listed seismic data library trust, in an all-stock transaction resulting in an aggregate enterprise value for the combined company of approximately $80 million.
