On June 17, 2011, Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. (“Quadra FNX” or the “Company”) (TSX – QUX) closed its private offering of US$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.75 per cent Senior Notes due 2019.
The notes were sold to a syndicate of initial purchasers led by J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse and including BMO Capital Markets.
