Toronto-based Revenue Properties Company Limited, a publicly-traded real estate company engaged in the acquisition, development and ownership of income producing properties in Canada, acquired two fully leased class A office buildings, with an aggregate rentable area of 301,421 square feet, located in Mississauga, Ontario, for a purchase price of approximately $56 million. The transaction was completed on December 31, 2002.
