The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, which is listed on the NYSE, announced on August 4, 2000 that it has completed the sale of its Information Solutions Group, the company’s document outsourcing and customer relationship management business, to The Carlyle Group for $360 million in cash. The Carlyle Group announced that it will name the new company The Relizon Company.
