Roins Financial Services Acquires L'Union Canadienne from Co-Operators

Co-operators General Insurance Company completed its sale of the shares of L'Union Canadienne, Compagnie D'Assurances to Roins Financial Services Limited, parent company of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada for $150,000,000 on October 1, 2012. L'Union Canadienne, Compagnie d'Assurances is a major property and casualty insurance company.
