On August 14, 2003, Rosemere Centre Properties Limited completed a $120 million first mortgage bond financing, series A bonds, secured against Place Rosemere Shopping Centre located in Rosemere, Quebec. Rosemere Centre Properties is owned by a group of institutional investors and the property is managed by Morguard Investments Limited. The bonds were sold to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and have a 10-year maturity.
