On October 29, 2004, Russel Metals Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, FIL (US) Inc., replaced their existing credit facility with a C$200 million committed term revolving credit facility. The syndicate, which included a number of Canadian and US financial institutions, was led by Royal Bank of Canada as agent.
