On July 27, 2004, Sentry Select Diversified Income Trust (the Trust) completed a rights offering pursuant to which it issued 34,796,844 units at $4.45 per unit for gross proceeds of $154.8 million. Rights were distributed to eligible holders of units of the Trust of record on June 29, 2004 and three rights were required to subscribe for one unit of the Trust. National Bank Financial Inc. acted as the dealer manager for the rights offering.
