Following the completion of a consent solicitation of its existing noteholders, Seven Generations Energy Ltd. completed a US$300-million offering of 8.250 per cent senior unsecured notes due 2020. The notes were sold on a private placement basis in Canada and in the US pursuant to an offering memorandum. For the offering, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Lead Bookrunners, CIBC World Markets Corp. and TD Securities (USA) LLC acted as Co-Lead Managers, and Peters & Co. Limited acted as Co-Manager (collectively, the Initial Purchasers).
