On October 31, 2006, Shell Canada Products, an affiliate of Shell Canada Limited, completed the sale of its Thermoshell residential, commercial and agricultural heating fuel and other light oils business in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island to Bluewave Energy Inc. The business will be operated in those provinces by Bluewave Energy Limited Partnership.
