On February 25, 2005, Softchoice Corp., one of North America\'s fastest growing technology suppliers, acquired 3-SOFT Software Licensing, a division of the Quebec-based software reseller and services company, 3-SOFT Group Inc. The transaction value is not disclosed. This acquisition gives Softchoice a 30 per cent share of the Canadian software licensing market.
