Syntax Systems, a global provider of cloud application solutions and services, has acquired Montréal-based Solutions Beyond Technologies, a firm specializing in SAP® solution integration and business optimization. This merger is set to create a team of over 2,800 experts, serving 900+ clients worldwide, with 26 operations across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Both companies focus on industry specialization in the mid-market sector, offering solutions in manufacturing, natural resources, construction, retail, consumer industries, life sciences, and the public sector.
The acquisition, supported by Novacap, a Canadian private equity firm, reflects a commitment to expanding Syntax's global reach and service offerings, which include a diverse cloud and enterprise application portfolio.
