On February 12, 2004, Mississauga, Ontario-based Stuart Energy Systems Corp. completed a public offering of 7 million common shares at $3 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $21 million. On March 9, the underwriters exercised their over allotment option to purchase an additional one million common shares for gross proceeds of $3 million, bringing total gross proceeds of the offering to $24 million. National Bank Financial was lead manager, and CIBC World Markets Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. were co-managers.
