On September 19, 2003, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada completed a US$28.57 million loan in respect of the 49.8MW wind power project operated by Condon Wind Power LLC near Condon, Oregon. Financial advisory services were provided by Sun Life by Probyn & Company Inc.
