Sun Microsystems Acquires ISOPIA

On July 26, 2001, Sun Microsystems, Inc. acquired ISOPIA, Inc. in an exchangeable share and cash transaction, completed by way of a plan of arrangement. Sun plans to make ISPOIA a part of Sun Educational Services. The value of the consideration for the acquisition was US$94 million, exclusive of transaction costs.
