Each common share of UrAsia has been exchanged for 0.45 of a common share of Uranium One. This acquisition resulted in the creation of a new globally diversified Uranium producer with an exciting growth profile and a combined fully diluted market capitalization of approximately US$5 billion. The new Uranium One is one of the world's largest Uranium companies ranked by market capitalization.
