sxr Uranium One Acquires UrAsia Energy

Uranium One Inc., quoted on the Toronto and Johannesburg stock exchanges, has recently completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of UrAsia Energy Ltd. Each common share of UrAsia has been exchanged for 0.45 of a common share of Uranium One. This acquisition resulted in the creation of a new globally diversified Uranium producer with an exciting growth profile and a combined fully diluted market capitalization of approximately US$5 billion. The new Uranium One is one of the world's largest Uranium companies ranked by market capitalization.
