On November 30, 2005, SYNNEX Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of SYNNEX Corp—a global information technology supply chain services company—entered into a one-year revolving accounts receivable securitization program in Canada, which provides for the sale of up to $100 million of Canadian trade accounts receivable to Royal Bank of Canada on a fully serviced basis.
