The Toronto-Dominion Bank completed on August 29, 2002 an offering of $550 million of 5.20% Medium Term Notes due September 4, 2012. This public offering was completed by a syndicate of dealers led by TD Securities Inc. and which included Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Financial Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. and Trilon Securities Corporation.
