The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto Dominion Australia Limited, Toronto Dominion International Inc. and TD Global Finance renewed their US$8 billion Euro medium term and deposit note programme. The deal closed on May 16, 2003. Under the programme, TD Bank may issue deposit notes and Toronto Dominion Australia, Toronto Dominion International and TD Global Finance may issue Euro medium term notes guaranteed by TD Bank. Goldman Sachs International acted as arranger, and BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Merrill Lynch International, Morgan Stanley & Co. International Limited and UBS Limited were the dealers.
