On February 16, 2005, Teck Cominco Ltd. replaced one of its existing credit facilities with a new US$650 million senior revolving credit facility with a group of syndicated lenders represented by JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Toronto Branch, as administrative agent, BMO Nesbitt Burns, as syndication agent, and by CIBC, Citibank NA, Canadian Branch, and Royal Bank of Canada as co-documentation agents.
